LimeLife is Going Global
Have YOU heard the news?! With the help of L’Occitane En Provence, LimeLight by Alcone, a young direct sales company for professional-grade makeup and all-natural skincare with organic ingredients is officially in the global market and has changed its trademarked name to LimeLife by Alcone. The name change came as a result of encountering challenges with the LimeLight trademark in other countries, but that didn’t stop this professional beauty brand.
Now, imagine a company like L’Occitane En Provence investing in a pyramid scheme. Wouldn’t that be outrageous?!
This incredible company just celebrated its 5th birthday (2020) and is growing FAST.
Why join LimeLife by Alcone?
There are currently over 25,000 consultants called ”Beauty Guides” within the company in the USA and Canada (the country launched in March). Sales records within the company are broken nearly every month and we have barely reached a large portion of the US! The United Kingdom is next in line for global expansion. It’s a different culture, a different kind of direct sales.
What makes LimeLife by Alcone Different?
What’s so different about LimeLife by Alcone? Besides having 65+ years of expertise in the professional beauty industry, it’s the culture. I’ve never seen any CEO stand behind the rules they’ve created to ensure the LimeLife by Alcone legacy continues.
Their integrity is beyond impressive and I have no doubt they care about people first. The majority of Beauty Guides are also very giving and kind, sharing their strengths with the teams and having abundant mindsets.
It’s a new company trailblazing a path and changing the direct-sales game. I’m so blessed to be a part of this professional beauty brand! Here’s what Co-CEO Michele had to say about our growth:
Today our company changed our brand name from LimeLight by Alcone to LimeLife by Alcone. The initial reason behind this…

“Alone the chatter in our mind, the rhetoric of politicians, and the fears and saboteurs we have mistakenly held as truth, fill our hearts and heads until there is no creative place to dream. When you step into a group that is supportive, loving, transformational, motivating, and challenging, you begin to find out who you really are and what you are capable of.”
-Michele Mallardi-Gay, Co-CEO LimeLife by Alcone
LimeLife by Alcone Culture
Are you still asking yourself, “Why join LimeLife by Alcone? Isn’t it a pyramid scheme?”
Culture plays a HUGE role in how the Co-CEOs Michele and Madison make decisions. They lead with their hearts and take input from all Beauty Guides regardless of rank. If it weren’t for that, there would be no LimeLight by Alcone nor LimeLife by Alcone. The new name was birthed from the hashtags Beauty Guides were already using to describe the brand!
Part of the LimeLife culture is to elevate the direct sales field; to encourage authentic connections when marketing the products and the opportunity; to genuinely help others near and far- to support entrepreneurs to reach their goals.
The quote I took from Michele’s post above has the exact message I share with my community about why I keep going and why I feel so at HOME with this company. What I know and feel in my heart- my CEO is speaking and living!
Stop believing the LIES the world is telling you; get out of that mental prison. Do you have the brazen faith to take that first step? I believe in you and who you’re meant to be, and I believe in your dreams! Change your life for the better. You are amazing and capable of doing SO MUCH more than you think.
Financial Freedom
I initially joined LimeLife by Alcone for financial reasons; I LOVED the all-natural skincare, but I needed something else to help bring in some cash. I saw these women working hard and reaching out to people, making people happy, and making thousands of dollars each month- in the professional beauty industry!
Imagine the financial freedom they have- they were changing their lives and re-writing their family legacies! Imagine that for yourself…how would that feel, where would you live, what would you DO?
I found that this was NOT a LimeLife pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal and would be taken down by authorities, promptly. Those scams aren’t supported by big, global brands like L’Occitane En Provence supports LimeLife by Alcone. The illegal pyramid schemes also rarely, if ever, pays any money out to its enrollees. LimeLife by Alcone pays a significant amount of its revenue back to the Beauty Guides; close to 50%- one of the highest in the direct sales industry!
Not Easy,…Simple
Obviously, it wasn’t going to be easy, but it was simple enough to do. I needed to pay down more bills from my failed fertility treatments. With a lifelong diagnosis of endometriosis and years of infertility on top of those failed treatments, I felt defeated. I was able to conceive a child with God’s grace and mercy and was led to continue homeschooling him when he was due to begin kindergarten. A traditional job was a challenge.
While my previous line of work helped me to pay down some of it, it required me to buy thousands of dollars worth of inventory and demanded more and more of my time, which I no longer had, due to family dynamics and homeschooling.
This opportunity to work in the professional beauty industry gave me HOPE and the chance to pivot my business direction. Sure, I like my quality, “fancy” things, but our family doesn’t live lavishly by a long shot. I want to pay off those debts, eat out every week, go to the movies more than once or twice a year, keep my kid in his favorite karate classes, give to the less fortunate and maybe even buy myself a car. (Because it’s more satisfying for me to drive it if I paid for it!?)
What most people do is pass on this chance, because it’s “just another MLM company”, “it’s a LimeLife pyramid scheme” but you know better.
This company is NOT for everyone, but if you’re tired of the same old routine and want new, uplifting friendships, new challenges to learn and teach on, to feel a part of something bigger, or simply to make more money without spamming or nagging your friends and family, please contact me or your Beauty Guide (if you already have one) with your questions.
Let’s celebrate a new birthday for YOU! There’s no better time to make a new start than today my friend! Baby steps…in heels, flip-flops, boots, barefoot- I urge you to make that first step with LimeLife by Alcone where you can feel welcome and at HOME, looking and feeling your best.
